Founded with a passion for preserving and reimagining folklore, myth, and timeless tales, EveryWhen Press is an independent publisher dedicated to cultivating magical, meaningful narratives for middle grade, young adult, and new adult readers.

EveryWhen Press is based in the American West but publishes voices and visions from around the globe.

Who We Are

Submission Guidelines

Please include the following in your submission email:

  1. Query Letter (in the body of your email)
    Your query should include:

    • Book title, word count, and target age group

    • A 1-paragraph pitch or hook

    • A brief author bio (feel free to mention any cultural or ancestral ties to the story’s inspiration, if relevant)

    • A 1–2 paragraph synopsis of the full plot, including major spoilers

  2. Full Manuscript

    • Attach as a Word document (.doc or .docx)

    • Use 12-point font, double-spaced, with page numbers

    • Include your name, email address, and book title on the title page or in the header
